Of all time? No. But even her biggest doubters should be able to admit that she is the best performer of our generation. None of her contemporaries can reach her in that aspect.

No but i guess by your preference of over-choreographed dance routines, wind machines and all she would SUBJECTIVELY be that to you. And no there's no such thing as "objectively" when it comes to things that are judged by people and their perception of it and how it makes them FEEL ....
Gaga's a more electric/charismatic performer. And Kelly serves those live vocals better. But collectively, in terms of the total package, Bey is probably the best.
