I don't think it was ever confirmed before that, but we knew Kelly was doing something. Like with that tweet asking Pink, Lady Gaga, and Jessie J to sing with her.

She also had mentioned something about doing a GH to me when I met her at a meet n greet in April 2012. She mentioned that + a covers album + the rarities album.

Hearing and seeing her sing again got me so emotional. Her voice was in ok condition. I'm sure she'll get it back into shape before the new era starts.

2. It's so great to finally see Kelly perform again!! I didn't notice how much I missed her!! It was a good performance, but yeah, her higher vocals were slightly off. But it still sounded good overall. The song's okay, not my favorite, but not bad.

3. Kelly's hair…. I don't know, I'm really not a fan of the shaved head thing. I never liked it on Avril either. I feel like it'd look better on Kelly if it was longer and if she was a bit thinner. I feel bad for saying it, but yeah… But I'm excited that she's trying new hair styles again - something must be coming! And hopefully Chapter 2 is more experimental and different this time around

The dress is okay, but colorful floral print has never been my favorite haha.

4. I think Kelly will do two tours. This year's might be like the Jingle Bell thing where she plays these Christmas shows around the country. And the next year will probably be the proper tour supporting a new album (!)

I have mixed feelings on her hair....I like it, I like that its different, but I think it would look a million times better if it was longer. I hope she works on getting back in shape too

Bradly putting this so eloquently as always.

It's soooo good to see her back on stage. But her vocals are struggling, if in being honest. I'm glad she has a few random performances coming up before she steps back into the spotlight. She still has some work to do.

And it was released on October 10. So it was quite surprise. It was similar with TIU (and PF). WIR was announced sometime in August 2013 or so I think. Maybe they're aiming for anoother surprise announcement / release again? But I still think / hope that Kelly will promote WIR now and then start new era in early 2015.

But yeah, basically what everyone else said about ha performance. She could lose some weight but she looks better than what I was expecting (granted she's wearing a gurlde I think to slim her down) and her higher notes were pulled a bit but it wasn't that bad either. Hopefully she gets ha mix back.
