She didn't "throw her money on the ground" with Volantis or Koons. Stop trying to drag Volantis, it's ignorant. The technology involved in that was more complex than anything she's ever done. Sure, it didn't fly across the ocean, but that doesn't make it a failure and it didn't break. Besides, I doubt any of that was part of her campaign budget. She probably paid for that herself, which she's allowed to do.
