I mean the weight issue goes on and on but it really, honestly and truly just comes down to what people are eating and how they're living. Of course people come from different financial and health backgrounds, but at the end of the day you don't get fat by eating healthily, drinking lots of water and regularly exercising. I just don't get why there's such a struggle.
I'm not naturally thin, I was chubby when I was younger and as I grew up I realized I wanted to be healthier and feel better and so I started running and told my parents I didn't want any snacks or junk food and from then onwards it was just eating sensibly. Nothing weird like skipping carbs or anything dramatic.
