To the dummies who think the facts in the OP are false, at least the first one is true. I'm a biology major so I know
Anyways I start with a lukewarm shower and end with a cold shower. Better for my skin, hair, and nails

I have Cold Urticaria, so a cold shower for me results in a tragic allergic reaction
