I always knew that was the original cover and Interscope made her change it cause of the smoking
She did it with Chuck back in February and (again) thought she was done but then the label had her meet with Neil Krug (whom she loved and wanted to work with but she belived he died cause one of her friends told her that) so they changed the cover and the whole concept.
Who knows if the original cover would've helped her or made her reputation worse.
