I'm starting to consider going to crossfit. Is it any good?

Sorta kinda. Not weight lifting, but Aerial Aerobics & Trapeze. Amazing for upper body strength

There's a gym in my community. Do I use it? Not anymore. My gym partners left me and I have no motivation/no one to push me to go. I'll stay a skinny **** forever I guess.
