You'll be able to run it fine. Half of the Sims players don't even game so their computers don't have dedicated graphics, and Maxis keeps that in mind when developing.

I bought the game, then I used a VPN to say I'm in Korea so it let me access the game. I took of the VPN a minute ago since it's officially the second here now.

I actually do like it more than TS3. Everything seems so much more together, but I'll wait a little bit before I make an official opinion on it, since the first playthrough tends to be a tad delusional.

The speed is one of the best things there. Everything is so quick. Saving takes seconds. The loading screens are also very short, despite our previous worries (the longest one I had was 11 seconds; I timed it). Reaction times are almost instant.

Aside from occasional clipping, there's some small glitches where a Sim will walk away then come back during a conversation, but that's it.

I was worried there would be a loading screen going from the lots to the public places (not on lots; the streets & such), but there isn't, and I'm glad it's that way. I guess it's a bit confusing, though, since you pass by other lots and you have to have a loading screen before you can enter them, but whatever.
