Well, no. RedOne is simply one of the very few that she's worked with so far. I imagine she doesn't count DarkChild considering Telephone began early on and for Britney...but there's Will.i.Am (& Guetta) on ARTPOP. She may be snobby, but she seemingly isn't beyond collaborating.
I imagine she, like many of her fans, feel there are levels of hit producers. You don't have to go to the generic Dr Luke and Max Martin, or the well used Diplo, Stargate, Ryan Tedder, Pharrell and Timbaland.
Even if she wanted to make an alt/rock/pop album she could have a stellar line up with hitmakers like Paul Epworth, Mark Ronson, Rick Rubin, Mutt Lange etc. Hell, thow in Linda Perry, too.
