And that's exactly what cher was. She is tweeting and directly communicating with someone whom is currently on life support. I'm not sure if you're aware but Joan can't respond. It's incredibly tactless but i suppose it's consistent with the way Cher tweets - I don't think she quite gets twitter.

Anyways, a more appropriate way would be to tag Joans daughter Melissa in the tweet or even contact them privately.
