Yes, Edward. Adele is definitely not coming to this award ceremony. Let's be realistic and say that Jools Holland or even The X Factor has more chance of receiving the first live performance of her new single.

I agree that they are but if she has new music out, her label will probably want to do everything they can to promote it because she's their biggest artist.

I'd be fine with Jools Holland, but personally, I think because her comeback is so big, she should go even bigger. I think her comeback performance should be at the Grammys. She picks high-profile events to do comeback performances ("Rolling in the Deep" at the 2012 Grammys and "Skyfall" at the 2013 Oscars are two perfect examples of this), and now, if she's really coming back with a full-length era to the music business, obviously the best place to promote it is the Grammys because she is arguably the biggest artist in the world at the moment, and she has one of the most highly anticipated releases of all-time that is about to be released.

It'd be hard to do now being that this record is going to be a happy record, but I LOVE this song and I think it's one of the many best songs Ryan Tedder has ever written, and I'd love for Adele to eventually do something like it.

Wow! I think that's amazing that she did that! Hopefully one day I can get her to show Adele my collection. I was talking to my mom the other night about concerts and I told her how badly I wanted just two minutes to be able to tell Adele how much she meant to me, which is why I want backstage passes to one of her shows so bad, and I got a little choked up just talking about it. I want this so bad it's unreal....

Does anyone know how on Earth you can get backstage passes and/or front-row seats to shows for someone as big as Adele who doesn't have a fan club? I'm willing to do anything. I'm going to try writing her a letter once new music is out because I've tried writing to her during her hiatus and it's pointless, but I figured I'm a writer and everyone I know says I have a way with words and that my writing is incredible, so I figured maybe I'll be able to impress her with my words even though they're not enough to tell her how much she means to me. I will do whatever it takes to get to meet her and thank her because she deserves to be thanked for all she's done for me. She's made me a better person and she's made me who I am today.

We know about as much as everyone else at this point. Adele hinted that her album will be titled 25 and it's almost certain that we will get new music this year, although we're unsure of how much we're getting this year. We're at least getting the lead single this year, with the album late this year or early next year. Rumor has it the lead single is dropping in October.

That's why she's not singing there. It's not that big, relevant or credible as Jools Holland, The X Factor or the Grammys.
