The only reason the Switz and Spain were not taken over is because they were Hitlers bitch, and agreed to do whatever he said.
He didn't even need to invade them. They were already his.
To have won the war he would have had to conquer the UK at some point. Same with Russia. I don't consider the map all that far fetched.
