They're clearly expressing that they're ready for war; however, they thank god that no one wants to fight them. Please see entire article. I changed the title because I don't want people to say I am being biased and how there's so much hate towards Russia.

That's pointless, states can become wealth from war (the loser always pay)... all you need is resources and man/woman labor to make weapons and to fight. Money to some extent is a major factor.
