Born This Way is a great album, is is her best album. TFM is great too, but Gaga really did take it a lyrical note higher on BTW. The production on BTW wasn't perfectly executed, but for what it is, BTW is fantastic. While I once claimed people would come to love the album years later. I never thought I'd be one of them. The album just didn't seem all that great to me I wanted more Donatella, and less Electric Chapel. When I got what I asked for I can now see that I very, very much want more EC! She's on another level on BTW.

Pretty much the same as me. I loved Born This Way but I was ready for some pure techno-***-artistic masterpieces. When I heard her version of an artistic EDM album - Swine/Aura are the only tracks that really succeeded with hard EDM in my opinion, Donatella fell kind of flat - I realised rock is where she belongs.

MTN is about abortion. It could either mean she lost a baby in the literal sense or figural one (she likes to call her albums/projects her 'babies' and well, she got fired so her 'baby' died ). That's what I've always thought
I bet if she performed Summerboy, all of her songs would go top ten. That's the missing link after all these years and why things have gone downhill since TF+M .. because she never performed it!
I'm afraid she's gotten worse. Judas was her first directing job and is in her top 5 videos. G.U.Y. is bottom 2.

The short version of the GUY video is a textbook amazing pop video; great choreo scenes, great looks, an easy-to-follow storyline, great scenery, and it's glossy. Like, what do some of you want from her?
G.U.Y. is a pretty good video. The scene during the bridge where she and some housewives infiltrate that office building was so flawlessly executed
I think "pretty good" is a perfect way of describing. It's obviously not her best, but it's easily one of the best since TFM days. The choreo scenes slay me every single time. I love the ending too, just as good as the ending of 'Bad Romance' to me, or at least it gave me the same feeling.
