Although I agree the US isn't the best and I do respect it's rank. For the most part we're polluted, violent, our education and healthcare system is severely lacking, and you know...some of us can stand to eat a bit healthier and workout. We're flawed but I still love my country!

Surprised Germany didn't make the top 10 though.

Brazil has progressed a lot in the past years, plus foreigners do not feel so in danger. I really loathe this type of pessimism coming from other Brazilians.

Recently, I had a friend who had never been robbed or anything like that in Brazil, he's one of those who hate Brazil and is proud of it, he visited Barcelona, Spain this month and was robbed there. I was like: "You did deserve it."

Brazil actually has a notable history of world-peace contribution as well as contribution in many health researches, this list isn't about human development only. Though, it is factored in.

I love and I defend my country, even though there can be many bad things here. I'm one of those: I am the only one who can bash it, and I'll defend it to anyone else.
