Miley only got 14 million the second week (compared to 36 million the premiere week) and Wrecking Ball was plowing through VEVO views at a more consistent rate than Anaconda is, in addition to being #1 on Spotify. I guess Miley/WB is/was much more global than Nicki/Anaconda but still. I suppose anything could happen.

Again, the Hot 100 is a popularity chart. A song that's inescapable on the radio is definitely popular, hence airplay is computed in the Hot 100 formula.
