Canada is probably one of the best places to live if you're gay. We were the first country outside Europe to legalize same-sex marriage almost a decade ago and if you're homophobic here you will probably get dragged

Obviously there's bullying here but its not as bad as other places. I've never heard of somebody getting beaten up for being gay in my city.

It's Miami, so it's a mixture of things.
Honestly, I feel like it depends on the day because people here are so erratic sometimes.

Most people around here aren't too open minded but aren't necessarily homophobic, they just gossip... which is why I'm not coming out until after I leave for college

I'm in south central Texas in a small college town outside of Austin (essentially the gay capital of Texas) and nothing is ever really difficult for me. Like I don't wanna jinx myself and get lynched tomorrow but I go out wearing mesh tank tops with booty shorts and combat boots with purple hair and facial piercings and even tho people might look at me funny I never really experience homophobia or hate for my sexuality..

It's kind of bizarre actually because everyone associates Texas with intolerance and ignorance yet it's been very seldom that my sexuality has been brought up in a negative manner against me from the various cities across the state that I've lived in, I guess I'm pretty lucky.

It's ok, I guess. I live in Germany, so I'm far away from equality, but people are getting more and more open minded. Slowly but surely.

They dont like you,behave a different way to you and avoid to talk to you.

nobody is gonna like punch you or something but some people do mock you (usually not to your face) where i am. see the problem is more there aren't many gay men where i live (lots of lesbians though) so it's hard to connect to some people or show others that it's normal. i feel many people from where i live don't go on the internet much so they aren't really familiar with homosexuals, i mean i myself am not really other than people online.

A pain in the ass...



But tbh.., it's so hard to answer this question because although the South African constitution have legalized gay marriage and we're a free country and everything, there's still a lot of challenges. People here aren't accepting as they should. Idk...it's definitely not cute being gay/bisexual in Africa

It's good being gay in New York. Not really a big deal and we have gay marriage and all in all it's a pretty gay friendly state so yeah.
