Poll: Is pop radio here for Nicki?

Ever since it's release, Anaconda has been a hit.

As of August 27th, it's so far sold 300k copies in the US, and is in the Top 10 in 22 countries worldwide. Urban is taking it's time with Anaconda, and Rhythmic has been EATING it up. Unfortunately, Pop radio has been paying DUST to Anaconda. It's highest peak on pop radio is #32. With two consecutive singles by Nicki being paid dust by pop radio, do you think pop radio is still here for Nicki, or have they moved onto the next one.

Yeah they are, they play her a lot considering Anaconda is a rap song. You can't expect rap songs to get insane amounts of play on Pop radio. Iggy & her singles are outliers because of the choruses. When Nicki releases full pop songs, she gets played a lot, as with Pound The Alarm, Va Va Voom, Starships, and Super Bass

PNP just wasn't it for summer and Anaconda is an odd ball, so it's not really surprising. If Nicki hit with another SB-esque track Pop would be all over it. It's simply just that the singles that have been released so far aren't really that appealing to Pop radio.
