In July, Lil Wayne announced hed be releasing two albums ... Carter V and the "other album" and rumours are hitting hard on twitter that the second album is in fact a collaboration album with Drake. People close to the team have been tweeting all night about it including producer Detail
This would make sense since:
- "Believe Me" and "Grindin" would be singles off that album
- They are on a joint tour together and performing mostly their collabs
- Last night they presented to fans at the show a new chain OVO YM mashup as the beginning of "something epic"
Wayne stated the other album would be released 2 months after CV which would give it a release date around December... also him and Drake have been spending so much time in the studio together on their tour bus.
Excited if this is true
. but not weezy, i'd prefer another solo album by drake
