Yeah I hated Christina Aguilera during her debut era. Thought she was fake as ****. I still can't listen to those songs because they're so hollow. She may be a great singer but when people don't sing with conviction it irks me.

Then she exploded in a ****ty, genuine mess and she became believable somehow. I became a casual fan.

Bionic made me a real fan though because she clearly has some balls and songs like Vanity, Woohoo, Prima Donna.. no pop girl gives me life like she does. There's just no substitute. Who else has an album that has an oral sex ANTHEM and a song about how much she's sexually attracted to herself (laced with disney references)? The mainstream pop girls wouldn't dare... Pink is the only one who comes to mind (Fingers was ballsy).
