It's because usually when a mod sees that 2 IPs are coming from one account, it implies 2 people are using that one account (not allowed on this forum). IDK what posh is talking about with 'that question doesn't belong here!'
Also, if you're not an admin please stop speaking on issues only they can answer. It comes off as teacher's pet-ish and is super annoying. You're not cooped up in the admin panel getting the 'scoop!' so plzzz shut up.
