Her cheeks are real. This is her at 16.
Not to mention, both of her parents have big cheeks. She looks a lot like her mom.
Her nose, of course, is fake. But that's all she has had done on her face--I'm a big anti-plastic person, but her nose is what it is. It has been there for her entire professional career so it is what she looks like to the public. She doesn't have botox either; her smile is just as big as it always was.
I'd say Aguilera since she's aging worse.
