Answering the OP, I don't know if she'll break the rating records (set in 2011 BECAUSE OF HER)... but if there's a chance of someone doing it, then it's for sure her again. No other star power living today as big as her...

Yes. Because they tuned in AFTER the announcement to continue watching content that had nothing to do with her or the announcement...makes sense to me.

I'm not denying it was a moment; it was huge; everyone freaked out. But that was not the reason for the high ratings. Most were already there.
