The Hive are mad because there is another black female as big if not BIGGER then their fav and they are pressed. The hive have a tendency of not given credit when credit is due, I have seen a lot of navy give Beyonce credit but the HIVE Will never give Rihanna her credit!

Hopefully one day they will get passed their hate for Rihanna. Rihanna has achieved MAJOR Success in such a short period of time (with less effort) that's coming from a Rihanna stan. Rihanna career is nowhere near done while Beyonce is in a steady decline while seeing some success. There will ALWAY'S Be a new artist to take over that's the way the game is built get over it.

We all know that Rihanna knows what Beyonce's doing before the general public would know. They're smart, when the time comes they can work together all the time, but they have the rest of their lives for that.

Now, the constant idea for treating Rihanna like singles artist, no album sales is plain wrong. She debuted in 2005 and had a major album with big producers in 2007 and has sold more than 30 million album sales in this terrible album sales climate. Equaling, RIhanna with quick lil singles is wrong. She has massive hits and quite a lot album sales.

Yes, I feel like it was a concious effort on Rih's part to distinguish herself from Beyoncé. Specifically Bey but also the other RnB/pop girls. Probably because she couldn't and wouldn't compete with them. She had to become her own person. When Umbrella came out it just felt like she was this new person. I loved it actually.

I remember everyone talking about how she went against the grain and cut her hair and started dressing differently. Also, she started focussing on dance music (which was starting to become trendy in 2007). Ever since GGGB she's always been at the front of whatever sound was starting to take over. Very smart, she and her team are pretty good. They always choose the perfect song to start and era with.

Beyoncé isn't hip and isn't trendy... she just does whatever she think is cool.

They're different types of artists.

Rihanna has said before Beyonce is great. How many times must she say it to please you? Rihanna has said many times Jay and Bey are family. Beyonce shot the rumors down with a picture (THANK YOU BEY). That's enough.
