Eyewitnesses who watched Nicki's rehearsal Sunday morning tell TMZ ... she walked on stage wearing the same dress -- unzipped. One eyewitness says it caught her eye because she initially thought Nicki had come out in a robe.
She literally had less then 2 minutes after "Anaconda", could y'all change clothes & shoes within 2 minutes and make it back that fast? I know I couldn't.
She tried so hard to be controversial and it just fell flat. She could have at least let a titty pop out and maybe people would be talking about her today.
