Exactly three minutes into Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards, Nicki Minaj put on a performance of her hit "Anaconda" that rivaled Miley Cyrus' infamous twerk heard around the world.
The former "American Idol" judge's performance included crotch-grabbing and butt-shaking. But the coupe de grace may have been the sight of a female dancer mounting a prone Minaj.
Even when Minaj switched to a more conservative black dress for her performance with Arania Grande and Jessie J on “Bang Bang,” she nearly had a major wardrobe malfunction. The rapper did manage to maintain her grip on the dress and avoid giving the national TV audience an even more explicit look at her assets.
