Lyrics:
No I’m not looking for trouble
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
But we all got something to say, yeah
They feed us drugs to keep us in bubbles
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Let the silence protest today
So lay my naked body in warner blvd oh yeah
Can’t you see I’m breathing
Do I have die to make you listen to me?
This is not a protest, protest this is not a protest sign
You can’t put a label, label on what we deserve for so long
Tonight we burning down the block
No you can’t keep us in the box
So don’t try to put us on the shelf
Oh oh, no labels
We need no labels
bump pa da da
bump pa da da
bump pa da da
No labels
bump pa da da
bump pa da da
bump pa da da
No labels
No I’m not even being a rebel
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah
Can’t keep a lioness in a cage, no I may have
Sold my my soul to the devil
Yeah yeah yeah
But you sell legends to the grave
So lay my naked body in warner blvd oh yeah
Can’t you see I’m breathing
Do I have die to make you listen to me?
This is not a protest, protest this is not a protest sign

I expected her new music to be influenced by label troubles to some extent, but this is really overkill Night Time, My Time is an example of an album that uses extended relationship/isolation metaphors to reference her label troubles, but are relatable to just about anybody. This, Yard Sale and the whole #WeRNeon thing are too enveloped in her story to be relatable or fun, and she's not a big enough star yet for people to care about the "personal side" to her. She's too talented to be making her discography self-pitying rants. My 2 cents.

This. There is no real subtlety to these recent songs, which is a shame. At a point, as an artist who has been put through it by the label even, you have to find more creative ways to get those frustrations across because it really just sounds like constant "this is so unfair" ranting that will never help your cause in regard to getting new fans.

There's absolutely nothing in Yard Sale that makes me think about her label troubles. I've even played it for my friends and everyone just assumes it's a song about letting go of the past and moving on. That's a relatable concept to anyone. Just because you can't relate to some of her personal problems doesn't mean that other people can't. Even this song could be seen as something completely different from an audience unknowing of her past. And as an artist and all around creative person, why shouldn't she feel freedom to write and sing about whatever she wants? She's been a slave to her label for a long time and now she's free.
If this is what is inspiring her creativity at the moment then more power to her. It's better than her forcing herself to write songs that she thinks will be relatable, in favor of songs that she actually cares about herself.
I think I might of worded it wrong, but I do understand what you mean.
I mean like, a concept album with each of the songs representing a different way in which someone / Neon sings/talks about being independent or free.
1. Warner Blvd - being labelled (by record label, society)
2. Yard Sale - evolving as a person, the old me, new me
3. Land of the Rebels - telling her fans to stand up for themselves and for what they believe in
If she does something like that, it will be an amazing, cohesive, body of work.

This. There's plenty of ways she can still make a cohesive, relatable album while still talking about her label troubles. People need to stop putting her in a box. That's exactly the problem she's been talking about in her music.
