Pete Wentz's gf Meagan gave birth on Wednesday, August 20 to the couple's first child, a son. They had kept the gender of the baby as a surprise. Wentz's rep said "mom and baby are happy and healthy" and that everyone was excited about the new addition to the family, in particular Pete's son Bronx. (source)
