She doesn't look bad at all. Trust me, girls that wear makeup regularly look horrible at first without makeup on. You're just not used to it. She's not ugly. She's actually really pretty. Makeup is powerful ****, I love it.

As a makeup guru... I respect that she's not doing like "natural makeup" bs either. She may have undereye concealer on but even then I doubt it. THIS is the sign of a confident bitch!
