Katy is very pretty but not particularly striking. So plain/girl-next-door, just like Britney (another overrated beauty imo). Take any average white girl with a nice body and you can make Katy's look with the right makeup and styling.

I think Rihanna is the prettiest of all the pop stars. Shakira, Gwen (at her peak), and Bey also come to mind.
