Ferguson is a city and practically part of the county of St. Louis, which is regularly the murder capital of the U.S.A. Ferguson has some very nice suburban areas, but it's not the type of place you typically leave your car on the street overnight.
It says their population is only 21,200 people. To me, that's a small town. But then again, I live in a city of 4.6 million people.
I wasn't recommending it, I was just agreeing with the current strategy.
