However think about it you are getting calls from your family, lawyers and business associates about the well being of you and your children. After awhile you will get fed up and start acting out. You start to question who you can trust and if they are secretly working on Nick's side.
Depending on how long this drags out.Then those moments are put on display during a deposition/hearing you have to explain dates and times from months to years back of actions witness by many people. Its a very emotionally stressing time and I could see how Nick's side could be using this as a way to get her to snap.
Its sad honesty Mariah needs to write up an agreement ala Katy Holmes and get full custody and let him have as many visitations given he notifies her 48 hours in advance, etc. To even sweeten the deal if I was her lawyer I'd cut him a check for 5 million dollars for NON DISCLOSURE of all the time he's been with her and his children from before marriage to divorce and stipulate that if ANYthing is talked about in media(television, internet, etc) he forfeits his right to visitation of his children per terms of said agreement..
