It's about half people saying "isn't she over" or "I want to see her live." My aunt told us at a campfire how she wanted to see Lady Gaga live really bad and her son replied with "yeah but isn't she over?"
This was when Applause had just started though, so that mindset was understandable. It had been nearly two years since she had a single.
ATRL really does brainwash these stans into thinking Gaga is over. I wasn't online all day today and my friends were talking about her ice bucket challenge and my aunties were talking about how they heard she was doing an album with Tony and how they're gonna buy it and all. it really is a different world when you don't have your stan goggles on

It really depends, I guess.
One of my friends isn't a big fan of Gaga (Her favorite song by her is Telephone and it's only thanks to Beyoncé's part.)
Anyway, she gave ARTPOP a try (but she didn't like. She's not a big fan of EDM. She kinda likes DWUW tho.). When I asked her if she wanted to come with me to see the artRAVE, she accepted because she told me Gaga looked like a person who would make a crazy show (crazy in a positive way you know). Gaga's still a good reputation when it comes to touring apparently, which is great.
I don't think she will ever have a terrible reputation for touring unless she literally has a mental breakdown and has Asia lip sync for her. That's the one department she is essentially set for life at (at least in the USA and Japan).
