it has to some extent but she really exaggerates it by coloring it in with a black sharpie...dark colors recede, light colors highlight & bring forward.
Sis really needs a makeup lesson or at least some yt tutorials..hell it would look better if she just did nothing, but she's been on a mission to sabotage herself so whatever.
but I think she should change her hair style a little.
