Like it says in the comments:

-Quebec doesn't have road signs, documents and other official language in English like they should
Personally if I was Prime Minister I'd give the Quebecois an ultimatum, either they must put up signs in English, or stop forcing that irritating language on the rest of the country who has no interest in it.
