Cher has dyslexia, so I usually assume that's the cause of her spelling mistakes in her tweets.

I agree with TheGreatestThing . It's also evident on her other Tweet when she wrote "She's MADONNA . NO 1 like her" . It's obvious that she meant "No1 IS like her" .
