It is just like if I posted some other rapper's remix to Anaconda and he had downloads enabled on Soundcloud. It's not like I was linking to an illegal downloads website. [
In addition, the group (LA Leakers) is putting the remix on one of their mixtapes which will be free to download so...

Not only do the linked sources not confirm the release of I Don't Care as the second single, but members from a certain fanbase infiltrated the thread and hijacked it to post derogatory, personal, off-topic attacks. The only sources which appear to confirm the single anyway are instagram posts.
It would be nice for an actual Cheryl fan to have the thread anyway once a date is confirmed.

It doesn't matter, it's not authorized and since it uses the original song the same copyright applies. I'll reverse it, but in the future it's best if you don't link to any audio that can be downloaded unless it's an original song that the artist is giving away themselves.

The evidence seems good enough in this case. And we don't care who "has" an album or single thread.
If there are posts that break the rules, just keep reporting them.

If I reported someone who constantly is a post ***** and I constantly see them post in threads with the SAME EXACT POST from a different person in the thread, usually a few posts above theirs, would that person be warned?
