It was shades of Lindsay Lohan at the Teen Choice Awards last weekend when a former Disney star went ballistic backstage ... even throwing a projectile at a staffer ... TMZ has learned.
Former Wizards of Waverly Place star Jake T Austin recently made headlines and it's not for his work on ABC Family's The Fosters— the actor reportedly threw a major fit at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards and we're only just finding out about it.
Multiple eyewitnesses said he was screaming things like "Don't you know who I am?" and "I'm a presenter. Who the f--- are you?!" Yikes!
Unfortunately, this isn't Jake's first shocking incident. In 2013 he was arrested for driving under the influence and was also charged with a hit and run.
Yelling "Don't you know who I am?" was not a smart move
