How did you possibly get that from what I said? The entire point of what I said is that gay men shouldn't be telling other gay men how to act, especially when it's ridiculous things like "be normal" and "don't make your sexuality an issue." It's their body/life and their sexuality. They can be as abnormal and forward about their sexuality as they like.
And acting like Grindr is a new thing "killing romance" for gay men is just stupid. We weren't exactly all going on dinner dates before Grindr showed up
