Although I feel your sentiment on the "annoying trolls that return for 2 days and then get banned again" part. tshirt is a prime example of that. He returns to cause problems and arguments - contributes absolutely nothing of value and then gets a ban and repeats. Trolls are fun for the stan environment but tshirt isn't really a troll. He's more like someone who just cannot figure out how to communicate unless it's through dragging Lady Gaga

There's a bunch of other examples. Something should be done but I just don't know what.
