She was sick, they wanted her to lip sync, she pretty much said no and that she'd still rather perform sick than lip sync.

So then why is this a big deal? They have some amazing 2008-level expose? Please, this is as desperate as the blogs and fan groups that seethe when Gaga takes a crap.

It's pretty obvious from the performance that she did not lip-sync This is old news and if he's still trying to dig up this half-decade old squabble I think something else is very wrong - and it's got nothing to do with Gaga.
So right. I'll be EXTREMELY surprised if it's actually anything juicy, and not just him making up and exaggerating some sort of diva attitude or something.

Yeah she hit back publicly, I think she even addressed it in an early Gagavision
She was definitely NOT lip syncing you can tell she was purposefully not singing by the mic in certain parts where her voice track was still singing. You can tell she was not having it with the studio vocals being volumized.
I applaud her for not giving into their tacky ****
and they're miles above the today show. They're #1 for a reason
