Everybody knew Taylor would come to save music industry long before the release. Its called being a relevant artist with huge sales power. Rihanna sadly has no such power attached to her name. Thus music industry news outlets being cautious naming her when it comes to people who do well with album sales.
I originally thought Taylor might drop in her numbers but then I remembered that there is always a market for simple (a bit musically/lyrically stagnant), yet fun music like hers out there. Her niche market will be very similar to Katy's and if PRISM's numbers were any indication, Taylor will open with solid numbers and have a boost during the holiday season.

Lol what? Roman Reloaded is certified platinum, The Re-Up wasn't sold at Target and Walmart yet still managed to do pretty well for a re-release and everyone has BEEN over Idol for ages. Stop living in 2013 sis
