The only thing I want back from the 90s when I was a kid was security, I literally couldn't walk out the ****ing street and expect myself to be safe.

The music, the things, tv shows and feels I loved back then, I wouldn't want to go back since it wouldn't be memorable or worth looking back on if it did.

I just hate it when these kids think they're oh so smart when they listen to this type of music yet when you ask about the band's history they don't know ****. More music less feeling cool, kay?

The problem with this generation is all they think about is their status. Like they're so up above when they listen to this type of ****. The younger ones are also the people who generalizes rap as "crap" music which annoys me so ****ing much. They're dumb and clearly do not know a thing. Lol.

You didn't have to experience the 70s or 80s to understand what that era was like culturally. You can listen to music from then, look at fashion from then, watch films from then, watch current films that are set in that era, etc. to understand what it was like. To say "I missed out on the music of that generation" or whatever is stupid because that music still exists. You can still listen to it. It still exists in 2014. You just can't get drunk with your peers at a time when that music was popular. Unless, your friends love that music too, in which case you can throw a 70s/80s party which is heaps of fun.

The future, on the other hand, we'll never experience. We don't know what it will be like. We can make guesses, from what we've seen in films, but I think it's far more annoying to leave this world without knowing what happened in the second half of the book, especially when the first half was so interesting.
