Why is it everytime an awards even comes on, people always ask is Britney going to perform? SHE CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE PEOPLE! Let the people who NEED the promo actually get it. And then there's always these rumors that go around about her attending, performing, announcing, etc. It's so annoying.

In a statement released to MTV.com, manager Larry Rudolph confirms Britney's new music video for 'Circus' is "set to debut around the release of the album on December 2":

My favourites are "Circus" and "Phonography". I used to hate "Blur" but it grew on me and now I love it.
