Nothing is stopping her from releasing a new pop single next year though? I said this in the C2C thread already but would you really prefer her to go into total blackout again for 10 months?
She already tweeted that she is making exciting plans with her manager so she is working on stuff behind the doors, she is just not hyping it up yet thankfully. Of course most of that can be C2C but I'm very sure they have discussed about 2015 too. Popstars plan for 2 years ahead.
So yeah I think it's good she is releasing a talent album which can win the media back. The worst thing she could do now is to release anything artpop related, no act 2, no app stuff, just be done with it.
People forget how powerful the media is! I still have friends coming up to me asking me if it's true that Gaga's record company lost 25 Mil. People honestly believe it is true! So she needs to get back the media first and I think that's what C2C is for.

At the end of the day we can also say that Gaga herself ruined the era too. What exactly stopped her from shooting a video for every song like she promised before? What happened to the app? Why did she not promote in Europe and Australia? The cold hard truth ist that Gaga totally overreacted and went into blackout mode. She was def. protesting against DWUW with all her actions.
Artpop era could have been saved, a good DWUW video, Gypsy in Spring, G.U.Y. / Sexxx Dreams during summer.
So it's not Troy's fault, he surely did some actions she didn't like but she should have sorted it out before ARTPOP came out. The truth is: She was not ready to release the album. It was not executed well.

This. I understand some here are still teenagers so they have never seen this before but I've seen this happen with Madonna, Kylie and Mariah. Everyone has a flop or several and can come back. It's up to Gaga to decide if she wants to. Her chart tweets these past few days scream that she wants to though

I just don't get it. We have like 4 threads today, each with like 4+ pages of everyone dragging GAGA (including monsters) over statements that were "allegedly" made by Gaga.

The worst thing is that we are not really a community, eveyone wants something different. Some people should really decide if they want to drag or support her. You can't do both all the time.
This is the same Gaga should do, ignore the hate and pretend to be stronger.
After all we are not her managers and we'd be awful at that. It's easy to scream "bring Redone back" but as I've said before too she has to evolve her music, Dance Music is dying on the charts. She has to change her style she needs new producers.
