AGBW's album if I recall correctly is actually most upbeat/mid-tempo. That's more of their style in the vein of the band "Fun." So a collab between them two could possibly take that route especially how they already done a ballad.
It could be huge, also. This is a good thing sistren.

that's exactly what she needs to be successful though I mean the entire album doesn't need to be like that but the lead single does if the era is to start off on the right foot. I think this album is going to be more toned down/calm because of it being influenced by her pregnancy anyway.

I think the reason I dislike Say Something is because X's voice is too strong to be contained within harmonies, she shines as a solo vocalist. I mean, the highlight of the AMA performance was when she sang a solo verse, the crowd went crazy!

I suppose it slapped everyone who claimed that she can only oversing in the face tho.

Sis, Bionic was supposedly solely influenced by her pregnancy I think we can still expect the sexual bops, but I agree that she needs to start this era on the right foot if she wants to be successful, emphasis on the wants

If she served a R&B mid-tempo as the lead it'd be successful, without a doubt.

I actually can't wait to hear how she will approach it. I love how she isn't afraid to try new and different things with her music. True queen.

I have a feeling we're getting a rock inspired album. I don't know why. Maybe it's because of her covering rock songs on The Voice and on Jazz Fest. And we know Lotus started out as a rock album, according to Linda. She even recorded rock tracks with X in 2011 after X covered John Lennon's Imagine on some gala with her. It makes sense. And I would LIVE for it. Especially if it's a soulful soft rock masterpiece like Jeff Buckley's 'Grace'

She's not working with him. He's working for her. All we know is that he and his team will submit one track or maybe a few tracks to the label that are meant for Christina. Whether she'll like them is unknown, let alone actually putting them on the album. We don't even know if she personally chose him. Not that I would mind, I love his work
