Every 28 hours an unarmed black male is killed by the police or some form of law enforcement. Every once and a while there's some backlash (Brown, Diallo, Heyward, Grant, Bell, etc), but the officers usually end up getting acquitted and the case will eventually be swept under the rug. It's a continuous cycle of abuse and nothing is being done about it because no one is policing the police.
