I remember when one year ago Will.i.am was still on that list
I have some strategies I think Gaga could benefit from..
1. Write music, create an album of 10 to 15 songs and decide the 4 to 6 singles + all of the release dates.
2. Decide on a clear theme/image and fashion, be consistent in looks and plan the videos
3. Film videos for the singles (and possibly all album tracks) and make sure there is a sense of coherence, that it belongs together
4. Plan promo spots for every single in advance and design the stage and fashion before the era even kicks off
5. Do a new album release strategy, meaning she releases a lead single ($1.29), promotes it, and after 8 to 12 weeks she releases the second single with 2 or 3 additional tracks that come with it in iTunes ($1.29) and this repeats itself till she's released 4 to 6 singles and released between 10 and 15 songs. After that period the album will be complete on iTunes and that is when the physical release happens with 2 or 3 bonus tracks
