Not understanding why we are calling out Australia when it was some dummy who immigrated from China.
I am gonna take it you reacted and didn't read the article. It clearly states the owner is an immigrant.


And locals are actually protesting and people who were there walked out when it happened.

I mean but your country did extinguish a lot of the Aboriginal people.

A waitress actually quit her job on the spot when it happened too.

The British did that, the Australia of today is different to the Australia of the past, we've grown to be one of the most accepting multi-cultural societies. Using the treatment of Aborigines against us is like using the treatment of native Americans against todays America. Of course issues still exist but efforts are being made to mend the pain and to end the gap that exists.

But it said "African people can’t make good coffee." That man is Brazilian, not African. Just like you are American, not African.

He agrees with you, he's just being sarcastic and pointing out that people assume all black people are African.

Why doesn't he take his own advice and shut up shop and return to China

It sounds more like the guy is worried about his racist clientele rather than actually racist himself, he doesn't want his business to fail otherwise he'll have to leave Australia. It's a tough situation, but ultimately wrong and racist.
