I think you shouldn't even talk about singles in this thread, it's clearly about bigger album.

Femme Fatale (the album) was bigger in the US, Australia, France, Canada, Brazil, and Sweden. AP did better almost everywhere else. Overall I'd say AP was bigger in more countries, therefore it wins. However FF was bigger in the countries I mentioned above so they're pretty close imo. It's just that Britney wins in single sales.

They're pretty equal when it comes to album sales, Gaga wins with touring, Britney wins with singles.

Applause performed much better than HIAM, TTWE performed much better than DWUW, and IWG performed better than GUY.
